What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with housekeeping software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry from Kenya Utalii College (or another recognised hotel training institution)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
