About the Role Executive Fellows are embedded in government agencies for at least one year of full-time work, helping agencies tackle high-priority local needs through data-driven analysis, operations and financial modeling, and coalition-building with communities. The role supports measurable public-sector outcomes with training, coaching, and professional support. What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough data analytics and research to inform decisions
- Develop enhanced operations and financial models
- Build change management and strategic planning processes
- Build broad coalitions to support project implementation
- Manage complex projects; foster alignment within and across government; build partnerships between governments and communities
- Receive training, coaching, and professional support to help achieve project goals What We're Looking For
- At least 15 years of professional experience
- Data-driven and results-oriented; able to manage complex projects
- Deep connections to the community being served
- Ability to build relationships with a broad array of stakeholders; foster alignment within and across government; build partnerships between governments and communities
- Experience working with government agencies and community partners is highly valued Compensation & Benefits
