About the Role Executive Director, Property leads Plenary's integrated property development capability, guiding complex, multi-party projects across transport, education, health and life sciences precincts. The role emphasizes long-term master planning, sourcing sustainable funding, and bringing in the right partners to deliver large-scale infrastructure-related property developments. The position closely collaborates on flagship programs such as the La Trobe University master development partnership and the UNSW Health Translation Hub.
What You'll Do
- Lead the property division and shape strategy for integrated property development across infrastructure-led precincts.
- Drive high-profile partnerships with universities (e.g., La Trobe University, UNSW) and other clients to secure funding, governance, and delivery of projects.
- Oversee long-term master planning, funding strategy, and alliance-building with the right partners for each project.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, governance processes, risk, and performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Represent Plenary in client engagements and stakeholder ecosystems including community infrastructure subsidiary Pariter and wider government and landowner partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior leader with extensive experience in integrated property development and infrastructure-related property projects.
- Track record delivering university precincts and large-scale developments (transport, education, health and life sciences).
- Ability to secure funding, source sustainable financing, and manage long-term master planning.
- Strong relationship builder with universities, government bodies, landowners, and community organizations.
- Strategic thinker with governance, risk management, and team leadership across multiple disciplines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in social housing initiatives or dedicated social housing funds.
- Experience with community infrastructure programs and partnerships with sporting, recreation or community organizations.
