Job Description

As the Executive Director, Procurement Center of Excellence, at Gilead you will lead the design, scaling, and governance of enterprise-wide procurement capabilities that enable value creation, operational excellence, and sustainable outcomes across a global organization.

What you will do
Enterprise Procurement Strategy & Governance Define and lead the global Procurement COE strategy aligned to enterprise transformation priorities Establish and govern policies, standards, and frameworks across the Source-to-Settle lifecycle Drive consistency, compliance, and best-in-class practices across regions, categories, and functions
Digital Procurement & Technology Enablement Own the business strategy for the end-to-end procurement technology ecosystem Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to implement and evolve source-to-pay, contracting, supplier management, and analytics platforms Drive innovation through automation, AI-enabled sourcing, and digital transformation initiatives
