Job title: Executive Director of Established Nodes Product Strategies
About the Role The Executive Director of Established Nodes Product Strategies will lead the development and execution of Synopsys' product strategies for established process nodes, working in concert with the Executive Director of ICV Product Management. Based in Cairo, this role will build and lead a technical product management team to drive adoption of Synopsys EDA solutions within the evolving established node ecosystem and the expanding 3D/Chiplet market.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and execution of strategies for established process nodes that align with advanced node offerings and Synopsys' broader business objectives.
- Establish and manage a team of experienced technical product managers and staff to develop requirements and technical collateral needed by the established nodes to design more complex designs faster using Synopsys offerings.
- Be the leader and visionary of this new organization within Synopsys EDA Product Management as it is established and grown in response to the market.
- Work closely with product management, R&D and Technical Sales teams to align market needs with product roadmaps and to educate the global Technical Field Sales team on 3D market needs and customer solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with Foundries, Fabless companies and IP companies; negotiate and influence at high levels to expand Synopsys' ecosystem partnerships.
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on contributions on select strategic projects as an individual contributor when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of building and leading technical product management teams for EDA/semiconductor domains, with experience spanning established nodes and advanced process nodes.
- Deep understanding of the established process node ecosystem and the 3D/Chiplet market; ability to translate market needs into actionable product roadmaps.
- Strong negotiation and executive-level influencing skills to expand relationships with industry leaders.
- Experience training and enabling global Technical Field Sales teams on market needs and customer solutions.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and collaborative; comfortable working across engineering, product management and sales, and able to contribute as an individual contributor on select projects.
