As an Executive Director you will be expected to be proactive in advising GBSB and its stakeholders on Singapore banking and financial services laws and regulations and supporting the continued development of GBSB's activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide transactional and cross-border regulatory advice, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and advising on intragroup and third-party arrangements.

Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments affecting GBSB, including relevant Singapore and EU regulatory requirements.

Support new businesses, products and activities as GBSB develops, including legal and regulatory analysis and implementation.

Coordinate with various internal stakeholders including Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Risk, Controllers, Operations and Tax, and support relevant local, regional and global processes.
