About the Role ConcordTV seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, guide the organization’s strategic vision, and present to the Board of Directors. The role also supports community video initiatives and hands-on media projects as needed, reflecting our mission to serve Concord, NH.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day station operations and long-term planning
- Present to the board of directors and support governance processes
- Lead or supervise staff and coordinate with various program areas
- Contribute to community video projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leadership of a media organization or nonprofit
- Strong operations management and strategic planning skills
- Excellent board communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of community media or video production (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with board governance (e.g., former board member or chair experience)
- Local familiarity with Concord, NH
