About the Role We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to serve as Executive Director, Biotherapeutics DMPK-Bioanalysis (DMPK-BA) to guide the DMPK-BA strategy for Vertex's rapidly growing Biotherapeutics portfolio, including protein, antibody, ADC, and cell and genetic therapies. The responsibilities will span from early research through development and the leader will be based in Boston with responsibility for DMPK-BA teams at Vertex Biologics and Cell & Genetic Therapies sites in Boston and Seattle as part of the Global DMPK leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead the DMPK-Bioanalysis (DMPK-BA) strategy for the Biotherapeutics portfolio, covering protein, antibody, ADC, and cell/genetic therapies.
- Oversee and guide DMPK-BA activities from early research through development.
- Based in Boston and manage DMPK-BA teams at Vertex Biologics and Cell & Genetic Therapies sites in Boston and Seattle; participate in Global DMPK leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Accomplished and strategic leader capable of directing DMPK-BA strategy for a rapidly growing Biotherapeutics portfolio.
- Experience spanning from early research through development.
- Ability to lead and oversee DMPK-BA teams across multiple sites (Boston and Seattle) and contribute to Global DMPK leadership.
- Based in Boston.
