About this role
Section: Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, or equivalent training
- 10+ years' kitchen experience, 3+ as Executive Chef (4–5 star)
- Authentic Lebanese cuisine, with Mediterranean and continental range
- Kitchen set-up, menu development, food costing and HACCP
- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a kitchen brigade
