Job title: Executive Assistant/Senior Executive Assistant

About the Role Salesforce is seeking Executive Assistants to support top executives globally. EAs are strategic partners who keep executives focused on company goals while collaborating across teams in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day schedules to ensure executives stay organized and productive.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including team, all-hands, off-site, one-on-one, and customer meetings.
  • Proactively manage calendar priorities based on meetings, product releases, fiscal calendars, and team needs.
  • Book domestic and international travel within Salesforce travel policy, considering visas, costs, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other groups and with senior executives inside and outside the company.
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and other meeting logistics.
  • Perform other administrative and project duties as requested.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be located in listed locations and willing to work hybrid in office 3x per week.
  • Minimum 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global software organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and conference calls.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management; ability to collaborate with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Intermediate project coordination experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Experience partnering with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with large administrative teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite; experience with Google Meet.
  • Experience using Quip, Slack, Salesforce and Tableau; a plus.
  • Must be in listed locations and open to hybrid 3 days per week.
  • For Austin, Spanish speakers needed.
