About the Role 2-3 sentence summary of what the role is and its purpose. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to senior executives (approximately 7 Managing Directors) and their teams
- Maintain executive calendars; schedule meetings and conference calls; proactively manage conflicts
- Coordinate conference room logistics including catering and A/V
- Arrange domestic and international travel; manage travel profiles and approvals
- Manage expense reporting in accordance with Firm and Internal Audit policy
- Prepare and organize meeting and presentation materials
- Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism to excel in this role
- Demonstrate experience in developing relationships in a highly matrixed organization as well as experience in handling administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with travel coordination and expense management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Multi-tasker, self-starter, good communicator, and pro-active
- Role is 5 days a week in office; there is no opportunity for remote working Nice to Have

- Experience handling administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
