Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant / Social media Content Handler to provide administrative and executive support to the Executive Director while managing the social media and content activities of the Event Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the website management, Online marketing of the business that will drive revenue generation, client engagement, client data management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant:
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule. Coordinate meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and other engagements. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other documents as required. Follow up on tasks and action points on behalf of the MD. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally. Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide general administrative and operational support to the MD.
Social Media & Content Handler:

Manage the Event Centre's social media platforms and maintain consistent online presence. Create and publish engaging content including Reels, TikToks, photos, videos, and Stories. Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar. Cover events and activities at the Event Centre and create real-time content. Write engaging captions and promotional copy. Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content ideas. Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries where required. Track social media performance and provide basic reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Social Media Management, Content Creation, or related roles. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, or similar content creation tools. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Professional, discreet, proactive, and able to work independently. A portfolio of previous content / social media work is an added advantage.
