Executive Assistant to Chairperson
Summary
- The Group is seeking an experienced, highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to the Chairperson to provide executive, administrative and personal support to the Chairperson and family.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chairperson.
- Manage and coordinate household employees, ensuring effective performance, discipline and service delivery.
- Coordinate concierge services for the Chairperson and family and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Plan and manage local and international family travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation and related logistics.
- Manage appointments, schedules and important relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate the maintenance, care and availability of the Chairperson's assets, including vehicles and other personal/family assets.
- Source, coordinate and negotiate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Monitor household and related operational expenses, maintain accurate records and minimise wastage, unnecessary expenditure and financial leakages.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports relating to office activities, asset management, expenses and other areas of responsibility.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of family vehicles and other required assets.
- Provide prompt assistance with daily requests, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Chairperson and contribute to effective executive decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and overall management of the Chairperson's office and household operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Business Administration, Management, Executive Assistance or a related field will be an advantage.
- 10 - 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in executive assistance, personal assistance, private office management, household/estate management, hospitality, concierge services or a related environment.
- Proven experience managing staff, vendors, service providers and multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Strong experience in travel planning, itinerary management and logistics coordination.
- Experience in budget/expense management and asset coordination.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in AI applications and modern productivity tools.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work with a high degree of initiative, responsiveness and professionalism.
- Willingness to provide support outside standard working hours when required.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary
- N18,000,000 Annual CTC.
