Executive Assistant Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level executive and personal support to the Managing Director while also supporting business operations, project execution, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD, staff, clients, guests, and external partners while managing the MD’s calendar, priorities, meetings, communications, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Support business operations by coordinating with internal teams, tracking projects and deliverables, following up on action points, and driving the timely execution of business initiatives and special projects.
- Provide business and strategic support through data analysis, KPI tracking, management reports, dashboards, presentations, and practical insights to support the MD’s decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, monitor team performance across business units, and support the MD in achieving key business priorities.
- Manage information flow and stakeholder communication, screen and escalate matters appropriately, and ensure timely and professional responses to emails, calls, requests, and other engagements.
- Support the MD’s personal and professional brand by coordinating content gathering and delivery for social media platforms and ensuring consistency with the MD’s communication and brand direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Manager, or similar roles supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess priorities, solve problems, and provide sound recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently represent the executive.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, adapt to changing business needs, and drive tasks and projects to completion.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly Net.
