Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be skilled in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential communications while serving as a trusted partner in supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, expense reporting, and logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate special projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an administrative capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive communications.
