About the Role Robert Half is recruiting for an Executive Assistant for a growing Real Estate firm in Midtown New York. The role combines executive support, coordination, and project follow-through to help maintain smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate schedules by organizing meetings, resolving calendar conflicts, and adjusting priorities as business needs change.
  • Manage calls, appointments, and ongoing correspondence while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
  • Keep business records, files, and important documentation accurate, accessible, and well organized.
  • Arrange travel plans and provide support for occasional business-related errands or logistical needs.
  • Track active initiatives, monitor deadlines, and help ensure action items are completed on schedule.
  • Contribute to special projects and recommend practical improvements to administrative processes and workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in handling documentation, data entry, and business correspondence with close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable supporting research, reporting, and presentation preparation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real Estate industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 USD per year.
  • Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
