Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be able to manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules and meetings, handle sensitive information with discretion, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure that management's daily activities and administrative requirements are effectively coordinated. This role requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, dependable, responsive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and other official communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, letters, memos, proposals, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential executive records, files, documents, and information.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up with relevant staff to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internal and external appointments with staff, clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support management with planning, research, information gathering, and administrative decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, appointments, and other official engagements when required.
- Assist with office administration and ensure important administrative matters are properly tracked and resolved.
- Represent management professionally when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Run official errands and provide logistical support when required.
- Anticipate management's administrative needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Perform other executive and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
