Job Description Peter Odili Cancer & Cardiology Hospital (POCCH) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to its senior leadership in Port Harcourt.

This pivotal role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing essential communications, ensuring the smooth operation of leadership functions and contributing to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
