About Us NoemDek Limited is an EPC company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, providing specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCG, and related sectors. Over the past several years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure assets are maintained effectively and operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Take up tasks from executives' task lists and ensure timely execution.
- Assist executive team members in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedules.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Attend meetings on behalf of executives, in any capacity required.
- Provide insights and analysis on the company's operations.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including employees and clients.
- Screen and manage incoming communications: calls, emails, and correspondence, distributing and prioritizing appropriately.
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
- Manage expense reports and support budget tracking for executives.
- Conduct research and provide analytical support for special projects and business initiatives.
- Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
- Assist with basic accounting duties, including but not limited to invoicing, budgeting, bookkeeping, debt recovery, savings improvement, and financial reporting.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, events, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or similar support role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and active listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with firm proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
