Job Summary
Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp) is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling

Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Prepare, review, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents

Coordinate and support board meetings, executive meetings, and high-level engagements, including minute-taking and follow-ups
-
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

Assist in tracking action items, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution

Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing executive summaries
-
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with executive priorities

Manage office administration tasks related to the executive office and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
-
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage pressure effectively
