Section: What You’ll Do
- Manage and triage the executive’s inbox, including billing notices, deadlines, and key correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, file distribution, and stakeholder communication for board matters.
- Coordinate marketing activities for a related business, working with external designers and ad managers while tracking marketing spend and response pipelines.
- Maintain one clear, conflict-free calendar across work, family, and corporate commitments.
- Protect scheduled deep-work periods by filtering low-priority requests and directing minor enquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate weekly check-ins with household staff on family schedules and supply needs.
- Manage household procurement, including groceries, supplies, routine vendor payments, and utilities.
- Track household spending and prepare weekly summaries for approval.
- Coordinate vendor research and logistics for personal events when required.
- Provide light social media support, including captions, posting, and responding to comments.
- Coordinate local and international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate with the driver on routes and timing for appointments and family commitments.
Section: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting a C-suite executive, partner, or high-net-worth principal in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Lagos work experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, or financial reporting is an advantage.
- High emotional intelligence, strong attention to detail, and strict confidentiality.
- Good judgment and the ability to know what to escalate and what to handle independently.
- Ability to manage multiple unrelated workstreams and priorities at the same time.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work across professional, business, and household responsibilities.
