Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to management in a hospitality company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Provide general administrative and executive support.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
-
Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office administration.

Ability to manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and confidential information.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
