Besto, a burgeoning nut-free pesto brand, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support directly to the founder.
This role is crucial for driving operational excellence and supporting the brand's expansion. You will be instrumental in managing various facets of the business, including overseeing the Shopify platform, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating project timelines.
Your responsibilities will extend to liaising with contractors and brand ambassadors, contributing directly to the company's growth and market presence. A strong comfort level with AI tools, such as Claude, is highly desirable for optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity.
