Execute Planner - Bosques, México City
PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
El Execute Planner es el encargado de asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales para maquiladores (CM), coordinando el proceso de call off desde la planificación hasta la ejecución logística, garantizando el cumplimiento del plan de producción, nivel de servicio e inventarios óptimo gestionando el flujo de materiales bajo lógica pull y bajo coordinación con múltiples stakeholders (MRP, CM, logística, almacenes, proveedores).
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Disponibilidad de materiales: asegurar que el CM tenga materiales a tiempo para cumplir el plan de producción. Cumplimiento del plan de producción: evitar paros por falta de materiales. Gestión de inventarios: optimizar niveles (evitar exceso y faltantes). Gestión de riesgos: anticipar faltantes, saturaciones o desviaciones logísticas. Coordinación cross-functional: alinear MRP, logística, compras, almacenes y maquiladores. Seguimiento a KPIs:
- Cumplimiento de entregas a CM
- Cobertura de materiales
- Nivel de servicio
- Business waste asociado a materiales
HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS
Hard Skills Experiencia en Supply Chain (MRP, materiales, logística o planificación) Experiencia manejando maquiladores o terceros (3PM) Conocimiento de SAP (MRP / gestión de inventarios) Conocimiento de flujos logísticos (transporte, almacenes, distribución) Dominio de Excel (análisis de inventarios, seguimiento, reportes) Conocimiento en herramientas adicionales (Power BI, dashboards, etc.) Inglés intermedio-avanzado (interacción con equipos globales) Soft Skills Coordinación multitasking en entornos de alta complejidad Toma de decisiones bajo presión (shortages, urgencias) Gestión de stakeholders (MRP, CM, logística, proveedores) Pensamiento analítico para resolución de incidencias Priorización basada en impacto al plan de producción Seguimiento y disciplina operativa Sentido de urgencia y organización
