Evonik Rotation Program - Early Career Engineers
As a participant in Evonik’s two-year Rotational Program, you will support process optimization, capital projects, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and engineering functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop engineering solutions, and improve process performance, equipment reliability, product quality, and production efficiency. Through diverse rotational assignments, you will apply and expand your technical, project management, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical and methodological assistance to defined production and operations areas to increase productivity or reliability of processes and/or equipment
