Events & Vendor Operations Associate
Location: Hybrid, largely Lagos-based Type: Full-time contract Period: October - December 2026
You will support the planning, logistics and vendor coordination for the whole tournament, working alongside the rest of the Touchline team from the build-up through to event day.
What You Will Do
- Support planning and logistics for the whole tournament.
- Source, brief and coordinate vendors, including security, medical, staging, sound, seating and power.
- Keep the vendor schedule, site plan and run sheet up to date.
- Oversee event setup and make sure everything is in place on the day.
- Support the wider team on the day so the event runs smoothly.
What You Bring
- A completed university degree. 18+ and based in Lagos.
- Experience planning or running large events.
- Organised, confident and calm under pressure. Clear, reliable communication with vendors and the team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with sports or outdoor events.
- A passion for football.
