  • Coordinate the post events debriefs with internal stakeholders.
  • Define lead-capture requirements with the Omnichannel specialists; oversee onsite capture, data-quality checks, SFDC campaign alignment, handovers to hubs and timely follow-up from Salespeople.
  • Ensure event participation complies with internal policies and applicable legal, regulatory, privacy, promotional, health-and-safety, sustainability and organizer requirements.

  • Define event KPIs and lead post-event reviews covering participation, engagement, lead volume and quality, follow-up, campaign contribution, budget performance and lessons learned.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple events across countries, including complex congresses, trade shows, roadshows or customer programs.
  • Strong project-management capability, with evidence of managing interdependent workstreams, deadlines, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing event budgets, purchase processes, cost tracking and supplier negotiation.
