About the Role Netradyne is seeking an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to support our presence at industry conferences and events. This role focuses on coordinating booth activities, engaging transportation professionals, and showcasing how AI-powered insights can improve driver safety, accountability, and fleet performance. You will be the voice of Netradyne at events and help convert conversations into meaningful leads.
What You'll Do
- Represent Netradyne at conferences and trade shows across the United States.
- Coordinate logistics for booths, demos, and marketing materials.
- Engage attendees, qualify leads, and collect contact information.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to follow up on opportunities.
- Provide event feedback and insights to product and strategy teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-facing mindset.
- Experience in event marketing, field marketing, or conference coordination.
- Interest in AI, fleet safety, and transportation technology.
- Ability to travel to multiple events on a schedule and work onsite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B software or technology platforms.
- CRM or lead-management tools experience.
- Knowledge of school transportation or private fleets.
