About this role
Description
- Valiant Residential is seeking a creative, highly organized Events & Engagement Manager to plan and execute team-member and resident events, including appreciation events, holiday parties, corporate off-sites, and other company gatherings. This role will manage internal events end-to-end, from concept and planning through vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and onsite execution. The Events & Engagement Manager will also help shape resident engagement across our communities by developing event calendars, creative concepts, neighborhood rewards initiatives, volunteer and preferred-employer programs, and community outreach plans while providing onsite teams with the structure and direction needed to execute property-level activities.
