About this role

About Vyntra

Vyntra helps financial institutions understand, monitor and protect their financial transactions. Our solutions in Financial Crime Prevention and Transaction Observability are trusted by more than 130 financial institutions across 60+ countries.

We bring together technology, expertise and insight to help banks and financial institutions operate with greater confidence.

The role

We're looking for an organised, proactive Events Coordinator to help deliver our busy programme of industry events, executive meetings and webinars.

Working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, you'll take care of the practical details that make events successful, from initial planning and supplier coordination through to delivery and follow-up.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate events from start to finish, including bookings, logistics, suppliers, materials and communications.
  • Support our participation in industry conferences and organise smaller events such as executive breakfasts and roundtables.
  • Coordinate webinars, keeping speakers, schedules and preparations on track.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure everyone has what they need before and after events.
  • Track deadlines, budgets and event outcomes, and help prepare post-event reports.
  • Help improve our event processes, documentation and ways of working.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in event coordination, marketing support, hospitality, administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • A confident, collaborative communicator who can build relationships, influence colleagues and keep people on track.
  • A positive, practical and resilient approach to solving problems, including when plans change.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and keeping information organised.
  • Good professional English.

Experience in financial services or technology would be welcome, but isn't essential. We're particularly interested in someone with the initiative, enthusiasm and organisational skills to make things happen. This role is based in Yverdon-les-Bains, with at least two days a week in the office and flexibility around events. We are open to an 80–100% working arrangement.

Travel is not a requirement, although there may be occasional opportunities to attend events in person.
