Event Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits

Event Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event sales, catering, restaurant operations, or hospitality
- Proven ability to build client relationships and grow private event revenue
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing contracts, BEOs, and event logistics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Event Sales Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Restaurant or hospitality event sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with culinary and operations teams to execute successful events
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality trends with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
