About the Role An entry-level, part-time Event Marketing role based in Tucson. You’ll support our weekend community events, engage homeowners, and introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products with training and field support from a dedicated manager. What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs). What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
- Paid training provided; perfect for those with no prior experience.
