About the Role Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a part-time Event Marketing Representative in Tempe, AZ. This entry-level role focuses on representing our home-improvement products at community events on weekends, engaging homeowners, and introducing them to our solutions. You’ll receive paid training and hands-on support from a dedicated manager to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation at community events.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information about our products and services.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills; positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
