About the Role Event Marketing Representatives attend community events on weekends to engage homeowners and introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services. This entry-level role offers training and a path to grow within the company.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).

- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
