Job title: Event Marketing Representative
About the Role This part-time, entry-level role involves representing Renewal by Andersen at community events in Show Low, AZ on weekends, engaging homeowners and presenting our products and services. You’ll receive paid training and support from a dedicated manager to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Nice to Have
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
