About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as an Event Marketing Representative in Yuma, AZ. This part-time role involves attending community events on weekends (fairs, festivals, and home shows), engaging homeowners about our industry-leading window replacement products, and introducing them to our services. You’ll receive paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonus potential while working with a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information about products and services.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).

- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Compensation & Benefits
