We are seeking an entry-level Event Marketing Representative to attend community events on weekends, engage with homeowners, and introduce them to Renewal by Andersen products and services. You will work with a dedicated manager, receive monthly training, and benefit from base pay and uncapped bonuses. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible, part-time hours and a chance to contribute to their community.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners' needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
