About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic event marketer/brand ambassador to drive lead generation and brand awareness at festivals, home shows, and fairs around the Harrisburg area. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, educating them about window and patio door products, and scheduling in-home consultations. This is a weekend, part-time position with opportunities to earn based on appointments set.
What You'll Do
- Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Provide manager with consumer feedback and info for recaps.
- Be knowledgeable of key brand info and educate consumers about the product.
- Maintain professionalism at all times and follow proper channels of communication.
- Be enthusiastic, have fun, and engage with the public.
- Travel as needed; own reliable transportation is required.
- Be able to stand for long periods; comfortable working outdoors; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Speak with prospective customers at festivals, home shows, and fairs and set up appointments for design consultants.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Be a people person and goal-oriented.
- Must be available nights and weekends; Saturday and Sunday availability.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to travel extended distances (approx. 100 miles) outside of the primary location.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated track record of success in event marketing or similar roles.
Compensation & Benefits
