  • Within 60 Days: Independently manage a full pipeline of events end-to-end; consistently meet CSAT targets; provide direct feedback to the Product team to optimize Navan’s event management software.

  • Within 90 Days: Act as a strategic advisor to key clients; consistently hit net revenue and margin targets; drive process improvements that enable team scalability; achieve high client retention through post-event follow-up.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of end-to-end event management experience, including sourcing, budget management, vendor negotiations, and onsite execution.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling high-volume event portfolios in fast-paced environments.

  • High executive presence with experience presenting directly to C-suite and senior leaders.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative, client-first mindset.

  • Prior hospitality or corporate travel industry experience preferred.
