Job title: Event Field Agent
About the Role A dynamic, customer-facing role representing Renewal by Anderson at retail locations and events. You’ll engage the public, explain our window products and services, collect customer information, and schedule appointments for our design consultants. We’re looking for confident communicators who are energetic, personable, and dependable, with weekend availability. What You'll Do
- Speak with the public at retail locations and events to promote our products
- Explain our products and services and capture customer information
- Schedule appointments for design consultants
- Represent Renewal by Anderson as the face of the brand; maintain a positive, professional demeanor
- Participate in paid professional training and work across various retail locations
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, events, brand ambassador roles, retail, or working with the public
- Excellent communication skills; professional, well-spoken, energetic, engaging
- Outgoing personality and love talking to people
- Dependable transportation and ability to stand for long periods
- Pass a background check and be available to work some weekends
- Great attitude and a strong work ethic
