Job title: Event Brand Ambassador
About the Role As an Event Brand Ambassador, you’ll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to Renewal by Andersen products and services. You’ll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations, delivering a memorable first impression for every homeowner you meet. This role offers real growth potential with paid training and weekly pay.
What You'll Do
- Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer's markets, and other events.
- Engage with attendees and book appointments with one of our design consultants.
- Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
- Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen in a positive, professional manner at all times.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience; Prior Events Experience is a Plus.
- Reliable transportation to commute to various event locations.
- Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to set up, run, and break down events; ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with breaks.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- This company participates in E-Verify.

- Prior event experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25-$40 per hour (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus; Paid Weekly).
