About the Role Part-Time Barista at Coca-Cola Amphitheater will provide exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and products while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and go the extra mile to make their customer’s day with a perfect cup of coffee or beverage. What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards.
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Refill cold brew kegs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
- Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- Always adhere to proper safety guidelines
- On occasion work overtime for special events
- Assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed What We're Looking For
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Thrived in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed
- 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred
- Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness
- Reliable and consistent - Must be available for overtime for special events or meetings
- Professional behavior and appearance at all times
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds Nice to Have
- Prior bartending experience preferred
