The EV (electric vehicle) /Pulse Operations Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of EV charging transactions. Acting as the main point of contact for issue resolution, the role investigates complex operational and system-related errors, drives continuous improvement, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and reliable customer experience.
In this role You will:
- Investigate and resolve complex EV transaction and system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Monitor operational performance and see opportunities to improve processes and user experience
- Analyze issues, assess business impact, and help priorities corrective actions
- Act as the main point of contact for critical issues, collaborating with partners to drive resolution
- Support testing activities and ensure process changes are implemented successfully
- Maintain accurate process documentation, user guides, and knowledge materials
- Support audits and ensure compliance with operational and financial controls
- Monitor accounting accuracy and support the integrity of financial transactions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance operational efficiency
- Handle complex cases, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
What You will need to be successful:
- Educated to university level or equivalent experience
- Experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or a similar analytical role
- Strong English communication skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong partner management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to investigate system and process issues and drive solutions
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
