Job Description

This EU-PCL role focuses on WMS and Infor LN warehouse support across the European logistics network. You will support users, key users, ISD, 3PL partners, and European sites with system issues, master data, interfaces, testing, reporting, and documentation. You will also help prepare for the Navis project by documenting current Infor LN/WMS processes and supporting a controlled transition to the future system landscape.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will combine daily operational system support with regional coordination and project preparation. The main responsibilities are:

  • Support European WMS and Infor LN warehouse processes as regional specialist for EU-PCL.
  • Act as first contact for system questions, incidents, user errors, interface errors, label or print issues, master data topics, and operational system interruptions.
  • Investigate issues in inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory control, work order, repack, cycle count, wave release, pick ticket, shipment reference, and warehouse administration processes.
  • Maintain and support WMS and Infor LN-related master data, logistics parameters, transport parameters, item data, container types, label settings, print grouping, slotting data, wave selection criteria, and warehouse setup data.
  • Monitor WMS, Infor LN, AS/400, print server, and interface stability, including recurring issues between WMS, Infor LN, TMS/OTM, DEMIS, E1, customer systems, and future Navis interfaces.
  • Support WMS and Infor LN testing, configuration changes, warehouse setup changes, cloud upgrades, interface changes, reporting requests, and system improvement projects.
  • Prepare for the Navis project by documenting current Infor LN/WMS process flows, interface logic, system dependencies, data requirements, user requirements, test scenarios, and known process risks.
  • Support fit-gap analysis, migration preparation, user acceptance testing, issue follow-up, training material, work instructions, SOPs, and transition documentation for the future system landscape.
  • Train and support warehouse users and key users across the EU region, ensuring correct system use, data discipline, process adherence, and consistent follow-up of open actions.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone with a practical logistics background and strong system affinity. Experience with WMS, Infor LN, warehouse processes, interfaces, testing, and EU stakeholder support is important for this role.

  • MBO+/HBO working level or equivalent experience in WMS support, Infor LN support, warehouse operations, logistics systems, ERP/WMS interfaces, or supply chain operations.

  • Practical experience with WMS, Infor LN, warehouse master data, system parameters, interface monitoring, reporting, testing, documentation, and user support is preferred.

  • Good understanding of inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory control, work order, repack, labelling, cycle count, wave release, pick ticket, and warehouse administration processes.

  • Experience with ERP/WMS interfaces, Infor LN BOD or interface error handling, AS/400 queries, print/label setup, master data checks, or cloud upgrade testing is an advantage.

  • Experience in a European manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, 3PL, transport, or regional distribution environment is preferred.

  • Experience with ERP replacement, system migration, Navis preparation, fit-gap analysis, user acceptance testing, or implementation support is a strong advantage.

  • Good command of English and ability to work with European sites, ISD, vendors, 3PL partners, warehouse users, key users, and management.

  • Skills & competencies

  • The role requires a structured and service-minded specialist who can solve operational issues, explain system topics clearly, and support standardization across the EU region.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for WMS, Infor LN, interface, master data, reporting, and warehouse process issues.

  • Good system mindset with the ability to understand links between warehouse execution, ERP data, WMS setup, labels, print logic, transport data, and future Navis processes.

  • High attention to detail in item data, logistics parameters, transport parameters, slotting, wave criteria, interface messages, reports, and test results.

  • Clear communication with warehouse users, key users, ISD, project teams, vendors, 3PL partners, and management.

  • Strong documentation discipline for SOPs, work instructions, test scripts, training material, issue logs, solution records, and Navis transition documentation.

  • Service-minded and practical when supporting operational users under time pressure, while keeping focus on structural solutions.

  • Proactive EU headquarters mindset focused on standardization, knowledge sharing, business continuity, data quality, and readiness for the future system landscape.
