About the Role The role focuses on tracking and interpreting EU digital, data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, ESPR) for key markets, delivering policy insights to internal teams and clients. You will collaborate with technical teams to design EU-compliant digital solutions, engage with Chinese export enterprises to uncover needs, and support sales with promotional activities and industry representation. What You'll Do
- Track and analyze EU digital, data security & privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act, ESPR) for key export markets; deliver policy reports and compliance insights to internal teams and clients.
- Explore demands from Chinese export enterprises (new energy, power electronics, manufacturing); collect pain points on EU data processing, cross-border data transfer and product certification via business communication.
- Cooperate with technical teams to design EU-compliant digital solutions, covering data compliance assessment, local data deployment and privacy design proposals; compile relevant technical documents.
- Develop promotion strategies for different clients; assist sales teams with training, case presentations and commercial negotiations to scale up new business scenarios.
- Align with internal technical teams and global experts to ensure solution quality and delivery efficiency; represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand influence in digital compliance field. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, International Trade, Telecommunication Engineering or related fields; dual backgrounds in law and technology preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in testing & certification, data compliance, privacy protection, product export certification, technical consulting or related project delivery.
- AI tool proficiency for daily work (information retrieval, document drafting & polishing, data analysis, presentation creation).
- Familiarity with EU digital policies and frameworks on data security & cyber protection; ability to quickly interpret regulations and assess business impacts.
- Strong client communication and demand analysis skills; ability to translate technical/regulatory requirements into commercial narratives.
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to read EU legal documents and standards and communicate with clients in English.
- Self-motivation, teamwork and ability to collaborate across departments; eagerness to learn in fast-changing policy environments. Nice to Have
