Pay range

$55,000 to $70,000 per year

What you'll do

• Perform material takeoffs from architectural plan sets (Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, or comparable)

• Source vendor pricing and validate availability for proposal-stage materials

• Build labor estimates against scope, complexity, and crew capacity

• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to validate scope before release

• Maintain estimate templates and historical estimate accuracy data

• What we're looking for

• 2+ years estimating in commercial low voltage, electrical, or comparable trade

• Proficiency with takeoff software (Bluebeam Revu, OnScreen Takeoff, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and bid-submission discipline

• Familiarity with structured cabling and physical security material catalogs

• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
