Location: Buffalo, MN | Onsite Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM Pay: $28–$40/hour, with flexibility based on experience Bonus: Quarterly performance incentive

A growing manufacturing company in the Buffalo area is hiring a Manufacturing Estimator / Inside Sales professional to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who understands how parts are made and enjoys combining technical work with customer interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare quotes and estimates based on customer drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements

• Review parts and determine materials, processes, labor, tooling, and outside services needed for production

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Work with production, purchasing, quality, and leadership to develop accurate pricing and timelines

• Respond to customer questions regarding quotes, pricing, capabilities, and lead times

• Follow up on quotes and identify opportunities for additional business

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Conduct proactive phone and email outreach to support new business development

• Stay involved with projects after the sale and help resolve customer or production questions

• What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, or a related environment

• Understanding of how parts are manufactured and how manufacturing costs are determined

• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email

• Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal, laser cutting, stamping, welding, fabrication, production planning, CNC/laser programming, purchasing, or manufacturing project coordination could translate well.
