• We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable and professional Esthetician to join our team at One & Only Health Centre, a premium medical and aesthetics clinic located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of skin health, extensive hands-on experience performing facial and advanced skin treatments, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing facials, HydraFacials, brightening facials and other customised skin treatments.

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses to identify clients' skin types, concerns and treatment needs.

• Perform chemical peels, microneedling and other advanced skin treatments within the scope of training and professional qualifications.

• Develop personalised treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products and homecare routines.

• Educate clients on skin health, treatment benefits, aftercare and long-term skincare maintenance.

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and progress reports.

• Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment and tools are properly cleaned, disinfected and maintained according to hygiene and infection-control standards.

• Monitor treatment supplies and assist with stock management.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism and consistent service.

• Work closely with doctors and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Stay informed about developments in skincare, aesthetic treatments and industry best practices.

• Requirements & Qualifications

• A recognised qualification or certification in Esthetics, Beauty Therapy or a related field. ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working as an Esthetician, preferably in a medical aesthetics clinic, luxury spa or professional skincare clinic.

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, skin types, common skin conditions and cosmetic ingredients.

• Proven experience performing professional facials and skin treatments.

• Experience with HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling or other advanced aesthetic equipment is highly desirable.

• Excellent understanding of treatment contraindications, client safety, sanitation and infection-control procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, professional and attentive to personal appearance and hygiene.

• Highly organised, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable.

• A quick learner who is willing to undergo further training and develop new skills.

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Passionate about skincare, client satisfaction and achieving visible treatment results.

• Ability to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products without applying unnecessary sales pressure.
