Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market assessments.
- Manage property leasing, sales, and property management activities.
- Prepare valuation reports, property documentation, and market research.
- Advise clients on property investments, rental values, and market trends.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.

Strong knowledge of property valuation and real estate transactions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Professional certification or membership with NIESV is an advantage.
