Estate Planning & Probate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney who enjoys helping clients, managing interesting legal matters, and making a difference.
- Manage estate planning, probate, estate administration, and elder law matters from start to finish.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship documents.
- Meet directly with clients, understand their goals, and provide thoughtful legal guidance.
- Represent clients in relevant court proceedings and administrative matters.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
- Build lasting client relationships while maintaining organized case files and accurate billable time records.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license required; Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred.
- 5+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years focused on estate planning, probate, or related matters.
- Experience preparing estate planning documents and managing client cases.
- Familiarity with billable hours and legal timekeeping.
- Strong communication, drafting, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Elder law, guardianship, and estate administration experience preferred.
